360-Degree Marketing Support

This partnership included all marketing support needed to set them up for ongoing success. I built and launched a new website, refined the overall visual identity and communications, developed a social media strategy and fine tuned their newsletter, started a YouTube channel that received thousands of views per video and rapidly grew an audience, handled copywriting and video editing, leveraged insights from data platforms, and set them up for maximum organic visibility by implementing front-end and back-end SEO and ADA best practices.

It was an absolute blast watching the team in action with all of their adorable students, and I'm so grateful they entrusted me to elevate their brand and solidify their foundation for future growth.

Digital Experience & Advertising

As a boutique clinic focused on personalized support, they have an important story to tell. I built their new website to significantly improve the visitor experience, in order to better communicate their value and increase inquiries for their services, which happened almost immediately after launch.

I designed the site to capture its unique essence of warmth, understanding, and customized care in order to resonate with those who would most benefit from what they offer. The extensive number of specialties and services needed to be organized and structured in a way that visitors can easily find the information they need and are compelled to reach out.

I also manage their paid advertising to reach relevant audiences, elevate awareness, and drive client leads. Included in this process are audience analysis, media plan recommendations, and message development. They have seen a significant uptick in inquiries since beginning the partnership.

High-Value Event Advertising

Marketecture Media hosted their largest conference ever, Marketecture Live III, in March 2026. With room for 1,000+ advertising-industry professionals, the team enlisted me to help drive high-value ticket sales through paid media. I managed all campaigns across Meta, Google Paid Search, Google Display, YouTube, and LinkedIn, continuously optimizing messaging, targeting, and budget allocations. The campaigns achieved a positive ROI, raised broad awareness among the audience, and helped fill the vast event space. The conference turned out to be a huge success!

It was awe-inspiring to watch this start-up trade media company set a goal to create their biggest event yet, and to turn it into reality by creating the industry's newest must-attend conference.

Graphic Novel Marketing & Editing Support

Author Nita Shar is launching the first issue of her new graphic novel, Velstoria. To ensure a successful fundraising effort on Kickstarter, she brought me in to manage marketing strategy and execution. I started with a deep dive into the comics ecosphere, including its communities, influencers, trades, logistics, and best practices for crowdsourcing on Kickstarter. I used these learnings to develop a launch plan, and we're currently in the process of creating assets for a full-scale campaign to support the fundraising effort in Spring 2026.

In addition, Nita asked me to be the editor of her novel—and of course I jumped on the opportunity! It's a true honor to participate in the creation of a work she's been developing with care and passion for many years.

Indie Skincare Brand Revamp

In 2023, this indie skin care brand needed a new identity. They'd been targeting moms and focused heavily on mom-related messaging, but it wasn't a natural fit for their visual identity or the category itself. I created a new brand strategy that leveraged the simple skin care routine concept in a more authentic way.

I shifted the target audience to focus on a mindset rather than a demographic—one which included moms but encompassed ALL busy women. The core brand message became: busy women need simple skin care that meets them where they are. I also developed a tagline that gave meaning to the "shape" logo: Skincare that fits the fabulous life you've shaped.

Because there was no budget for web development, content creation, or new packaging, I needed to work within the branding already established. All changes were made via copy, layout, images, and videos. I leveraged gifting for creator content and used that on the website, social media, and marketplace PDPs. I handled all copywriting, in the new brand voice: upbeat, audience-focused, relatable, and tailored to the “busy” vibe we were crafting.

I revamped the website for a cleaner, more polished, on-brand experience, and I built marketplace and retailer PDPs to be consistent in look, tone, and voice.

The result was a new customer fanbase and increased D2C and Amazon sales, with one product even going viral and reaching the top Google search result for its category.
